Terms of Service

1. Services
Golden Mop, LLC provides commercial janitorial and cleaning services as outlined in individual service proposals. Services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, floor restoration, bathroom deep cleaning, and lease-ready preparation. The scope of services for each client is defined in their specific proposal or service agreement.
2. Service Agreements
All services are governed by a written proposal or service agreement between Golden Mop, LLC and the client. This agreement will specify the scope of services, pricing, schedule, and duration. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the building assessment conducted by Golden Mop, LLC and detailed in the proposal. Payment terms are outlined in each individual agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the service agreement.
4. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
Golden Mop, LLC carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. Our goal is to meet the Golden Mop standard on every visit.
7. Modifications
Golden Mop, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
